Jacky has really become my partner in helping me adopt a more healthy lifestyle. She keeps me motivated without being a drill sergeant and pushes me to be my best at every workout. I could feel results right away, see results in just a few weeks, and, after six months, everyone is noticing, and commenting, on the change in my body. This year I turned 40, and I was pretty depressed with the way my body looked and how I was feeling about myself. Now, I feel amazing, I have muscles I didn't know were there and have a new feeling of accomplishment and confidence. Instead of being afraid of exercise, I look forward to every workout and seeing how much more I can do. Fitness has become a part of my life, now, and Jacky has made it a great journey!

Before I met Jacky, I had trouble walking up a flight of stairs without catching my breath. I was gaining weight and went up almost three dress sizes. My energy level was low and I felt miserable.
Once Jacky and I started to work out, things changed dramatically. She helped me set realistic goals to loose weight and transform fat into muscle by talking to me about nutrition. She helped me to look at food in a different, but healthy way, without dieting. Adding to that a challenging work-out routine which changes weekly, I am now in the best shape I have ever been. I have no more trouble opening jars and a flight of stairs is no problem anymore.
Jacky is always challenging me to reach and maintain my physical fitness goals one step at a time. She is truly revitalizing fitness in the best possible way!

I am one of Jacky's very satisfied clients. I'm an active stay-at-home mother of 3 small children. Given my very busy household, I do not have much time to exercise. With limited babysitting options, I can not easily get to a gym or class. As a life-long failure at establishing a commitment to regular exercise, I knew I needed the help of a professional trainer if indeed I was going to reach a goal I set for myself: to tone muscle and establish a strong habit of regular exercise in my life.
I selected Jacky to help me with my goal, and I'm glad I did. I like her style. She's 1) professional (she's got lots of credentials!); 2) encouraging (she gives lots of positive feedback), and 3) challenging (she provides persistent, yet gentle support for improvement). I also like the fact that I can e-mail her anytime with questions about my routines or fitness in general, and she responds within 24 hours. She also checks in with me via e-mail after every session to see if I have any questions. I like that!
Jacky was also willing to work with me on MY terms. I did not need (nor could I afford) to have a trainer come to my house 3 times a week to help me exercise. I needed more of a coach -- someone who would come to my house every few weeks to check my routines, and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly, and then help me gradually increase the difficulty of the routines, as I grew stronger and more proficient.
I'm really enjoying my work with Jacky, and for the first time in my life, I am exercising regularly (i.e., 5-6 days a week!). I'm also seeing a noticeable improvement in body tone; due to the exercise program Jacky's fashioned for me. I still have a long way to go in order to reach my personal training goal, but I'm confident that I can get there with Jacky's assistance.
Bottom line: Jacky's a fun person to work with, and she knows her stuff. Although I'm still responsible for the hard work of getting in shape, she's giving me the tools and the encouragement I need to succeed.
