Nutritional Consulting
Nutrition is a critical part of your healthy lifestyle! Jacky is a Certified Sports Nutritionist, able to help you with your nutritional goals and needs. Jacky believes strongly in your whole-body health, and in preventing disease as best as we know how. Therefore, she promotes eating a sensible, healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Jacky will NEVER push you into buying supplements, drinking shakes, starving yourself, or any other unrealistic diet plans. Jacky likes to kid that she is not a "prude" -- the occasional glass of wine has its merits, and perhaps so does a square of dark chocolate, but let's all try to eat healthy most of the time, and let's enjoy the life we have. She can help you learn to like vegetables, make healthy substitutions for your downfalls (try her "Almost Healthy Brownies" recipe sometime!), and eat the low-fat, high-fiber, filling, and practical diet that means long-lasting success!

2. Nutritional Analysis, One-on-One appointment:
Jacky will meet with you in person, review your dietary intake, and based on your goals and health status, recommend any dietary changes that you can make. All this is still based on her policy of enjoying food and feeling satsified and never doing crash diets! Still, she will try to maximize your nutrient intake to optimize your health status, and ensure that you get the results you want for weight loss or maintaining a lean, healthy body. Cost: $75, lasting generally around 45 minutes.

4. Jacky's book club:
Not really a book club (but happy to start one if there is enough interest!), Jacky has a list of books that she recommend you read if you want more information about eating healthy. Ignore the hype, crazy claims by infomercials, and confusion, and read some good, factual books about how to eat. Click Here for this free list of books hand-selected by Jacky.
