What is Myosin Motion?


Myosin Motion is a series of dvds dedicated to simple, yet effective, resistance training you can do in your home. You do not need an expensive gym membership or a huge home gym to get lean and toned! Only about $30 worth of equipment can tone abs, thighs, glutes, and arms! Jacky targets the effects of aging in these dvds. Specifically, these dvds attempt to reverse age-related lean body mass loss, and bone density loss. While you tone up your thighs, glutes, core, and arms, Jacky targets your hip bone, vertebrae, wrists, and ankles to strengthen your bones! Also, you will work on balance, mobility, and strength while you tone! There are four videos in this series. Level 1 is designed for people just starting an exercise program, for those with physical limiations, or people trying to prevent fraility. Level 2 is ideal for those who are mobile and have some fitness experience. Level 3 is appropriate for people with some fitness ability and endurance. Level 4 is for those looking for a fitness challenge! Jacky gives tips during each video how to make it harder or easier, so if you are not sure where to start, Jacky recommends you start with the lower level--it's better to be safe than sorry! Gradually work up to the harder workouts as you get more fit!
