Join Jacky for fun, physically active events!

Jacky offers events to compliment everyone's fitness program, regardless of fitness ability. These events can be a great way to learn new ways to fit fitness into your life in a less-structured way, and can also be a very affordable option to add more physical activity into your life.

Some events currently ongoing include:

  • Group in-home training for all levels
  • Group Aquatic Toning classes
  • Walks with a Resistance Band (for toning)
  • Hikes, Bike Rides, Dance Lessons, etc!
                                                                                                                                                                      

 Jacky has a walking program every Saturday morning! Come join a friendly, supportive group and help meet your fitness goals. Jacky will design your walks to meet your fitness goals, be it simply to be healthy and fit, or even to walk or jog a marathon! Email Jacky for more information, and join today! Only $3 per walk!
